REGENESIS designs and builds syntropic agroforestry systems: food forests that grow more abundant, resilient, and self-sustaining every year, on land that started out degraded. The work runs the full arc: site analysis and permaculture design with digital mapping, hands-on planting and crew training, community development facilitation, a fruit tree nursery, and biomass chipping and mulching to feed the soil that feeds everything else.
The process follows five steps: listen, observe, design, implement, regenerate, built around participatory work and training people to carry the skills forward themselves, not just leave behind a finished planting.
REGENESIS works bilingually across Costa Rica’s Southern Zone, led by Travis Britzke, a socio-biologist and permaculture designer with over two decades living and working in tropical intentional and indigenous communities, and more than 20 homestead and community projects supported from Guatemala to Peru.
