The Diamante Bridge Collective invites you to a day of hands on the land, a shared meal, and facilitated process for clarifying how DBC’s working circles weave together.
🌿 MORNING: Hands on the Land (8:00 am – 11:30 am)
In service to Ecomaste, we’ll be creating the welcome path, bridge and portal to the Ecomaste Lodge. Working together with shared purpose is enriching. Bring work clothes, gloves, a hat, and tools if you have them.
🍲 MIDDAY: Shared lunch (12:00 – 1:00 pm)
Please bring food to share, either prepared ahead of time or fresh ingredients to prepare on site. Also bring snacks and refreshments to keep us nourished through the afternoon. Let’s eat, enjoy the river, rest, and be together.
🔥 AFTERNOON: Coherence Cultivating (1:00 pm – 3:30 pm)
Guided by Holistic Decision Making, DBC’s three working circles (Treasury, Membership, and the Nature Council) will:
– Gain clarity on their own purpose, responsibilities, and decision-making domains
– Gain clarity on how the circles interact with one another, because parts operate in relation, not isolation.
– Possibly select, through sociocratic selection, the double links between the circles
Treasury (stewarding all Eight Forms of Capital), Membership (tracking participation and who does what), and the Nature Council (voice of and service to nature) are invited to attend as circles. The whole collective is welcome and encouraged to join, cultivating and amplifying our coherence.
Come for the morning, the afternoon, or the whole day. There is a place for every hand to help, and every heart to speak.
