DESCRIPTION:Art of Conflict A 2-part MasterClass \nApril 22 & 29 \, 2023 start 11:11am to end 2pm \nThe Art of Conflict is a journey into humanities radical responsibility to understanding how we as individuals react/act to differences in life. \nConflict=Difference \nHow do you manage differences that you are met with?\nHow do you manage change\, obstacle\, hurdle\, mountain hill\, your perceived hell. \nConflict is our greatest teacher. It teaches us patterns about ourselves. It teaches where we are not healed\, because we failed to take responsibility. It teaches us how to discern truth about our reality and the greater world around us. It informs us of how to be accountable to ourselves internally\, externally and as global citizens. \nUnderstanding our differences is a call for humanity to invest in a curious mindset. You do not agree with me? Fantastic! Where do you begin to tell me what “your” story is from “your” side.  I am so curious! \nOfficial Link:  https://allevents.in/san%20jose/art-of-conflict-masterclass-part-1-and-part-2-april-29/80002061395114?ref=smdl\nTime: 11 :11am – 2pm\nLocation: El Faro Community Center in Diamante Valley (https://goo.gl/maps/UnADnMj8pMZNbENs7)\nSuggested Donation: Pay what you can. 10\,000 Colones suggested and beyond if you’re inspired by my work. \nSpeaker: Lena Parnell \nBio\nAfter working in fields of operations management where my very job description was confronting conflict every day.
