The countdown is on to the end of 2022 and we are full on planning for 2023 at the Diamante Bridge Collective.

Last week: Team members spent the day together mapping out the many proposals, projects and collective initiatives that were put forth this past year, using the DragonDreaming wheel to identify what stage each one is currently in:

• CELEBRATING – We did what we said we would do
• DOING – We are still doing it!
• PLANNING – We have said what we will do and why, approved it, and are working out the how
• DREAMING – We see something that can be done and are clarifying how to say it to request approval

We tracked down which Objectives each initiative helped us move closer towards and named the Circle that has accountability for it as well as the contributors that brought it to life from the dream, so we can celebrate these accomplishments at the end of the year.

This week: There won’t be much “business as usual” but there will be the Wednesday Meeting as usual!

• We will have an optional jam session from 10am to Noon to complete the historical data collection for review.
• Our regularly scheduled 1:11pm Sociocratic Circle meeting will be held as normal.
  • Circle begins in-person at 1:11 with a sharing round and agenda review / approval
  • Livestream and recording begins at 1:30 as we move into the meeting agenda topics
  • Closing at 2:30, share your community announcements, invitations, offers and requests
• Bridge Wednesday doesn’t end there — we will also have an evening social activity!
  • This is a farewell-til-next-time party for our friend the talented singer and songwriter Alais Clay at HOME Farm
