The Art of Conflict is a journey into humanities radical responsibility to understanding how we as individuals react/act to differences in life.
Conflict=Difference
How do you manage differences that you are met with?
How do you manage change, obstacle, hurdle, mountain hill, your perceived hell.
Conflict is our greatest teacher. It teaches us patterns about ourselves. It teaches where we are not healed, because we failed to take responsibility. It teaches us how to discern truth about our reality and the greater world around us. It informs us of how to be accountable to ourselves internally, externally and as global citizens.
Understanding our differences is a call for humanity to invest in a curious mindset. You do not agree with me? Fantastic! Where do you begin to tell me what “your” story is from “your” side. I am so curious!

Bio
After working in fields of operations management where my very job description was confronting conflict every day. I left to pursue my curiosity in the belief that, if we invest in understanding our differences, we could manage life better. Could we see conflicts as opportunities, I wondered?
I pursued studies in human potential, neuroscience, evolutionary biology and was certified in Neuro-Linguistics as a practitioner. Consumed courses and workshops in the fields of High Conflict Management Non-Violent communication Heart Coherence and leadership/growth mindset disciplines to support the birth of this masterclass I am sharing with you.
